I agree with Richard Dawkins

Richard Dawkins believes that those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God are not Christians even if they claim they are. The liberal Christian Giles Fraser thinks that People can make up their own form of Christianity and still call themselves Christian.
I agree with Dawkins. Christianity is revealed religion or it is nothing.

On David and Jonathan

Theirs was a friendship based on self-sacrifice. It is the highest form of friendship for Jonathan was sacrificing his right to kingship for the sake of justice. Remarkably enough, some believe the love of St Basil and St Gregory Nazianzus to be sensual. Basil said of monks who molest men " Let them be whipped in public..." and Gregory ordered the works of Sappho to be burned, calling her a "lewd nymphomaniac."
Why did Joan of Arc wear men's clothes? Why did Mother Julian use a male name ? Whatever the answer it is not rooted in sensuality.

Poor Old Augustine

St Augustine gets a bad press when it comes to sexuality. In fact he defended the goodness of marriage and procreation against the Manichaeans. He also said especially in De Bono Conjugali that sexual pleasure is by no means sinful in itself. But, against the Pelagians, he said that there is such a thing as concupiscence which is not the same thing as sexual attraction. Rather it is the thing that leads us to selfishness, fornication and adultery.
